I'm still in Manila :)

It's been a lot of rain here since I came and one typhoon after another..scary? hell yeah but thank god we're staying in a "safe" area..I had unforgettable night last Saturday. Choco took me and Shree to White Bird at Baclaran. In case you're wondering, it's a GAY bar. My first time at a gay bar! *grin*

I was uber nervous when we reached the place. I've seen gays before for shizzle but this...bar full of scantily clad men wearing almost nothing @_@. Some of them were incredibly good looking! others, the opposite, especially drag queens. The place actually wasn't too over the top, just nice for first timer like me..and Shree *teehee*

I love their so called "aquarium". All of them in a room with see-through glass wall. You can "pick" anyone to accompany you LOL..and their rates based on popularity and look.

First stipper was alright. Not so good looking and "harmless". Couldn't really safe Shree from the 2nd queer who came over to our table wiggling his thang. Urgh thats..not nice. I prefer them covered and not all stripped! One of the last 3 strippers before we left the bar was super duper friggin hot I tell ya. I fell for him..really.. hotness

If you're not homophobic, I'd totally suggest going to one. It was one of the most hilarious and fun bar experience I've ever had. Interesting adventure into a world of man stripper. Good thing Shree has good sense of humor about the whole thing. He rox!

I spent the whole Saturday out of Makati *yippee*.. 5 of us (me, Shree, Su Yong, Choco and Kirby) went to Tagaytay, it's almost 2 hours drive from Ascott and it's highland (place like Cameron Highlands). Thanks to Kirby and Choco for driving us around. We'll be stuck doing nothing in Makati if it's not because of them.

We went to the zoo first. It was small and not so many animals inside. Took lotsa pictures as usual. Told them I wanted to go Taal volcano but it looks far from where we are at that moment. Lucky me, when we got out from the zoo, a man offered us a boat ride for 2500php to that island. We had to go down to the lake through scary, winding and slippery route. It took us less than half an hour in the boat to reach the jetty. Everyone decided to walk up to the crater at first because people there wanted 850php per person for the horse ride (expensive!)...we started the so called journey through small pathway full of horse poops for less than 5 minutes before everyone decided to take take the horse instead *LOL* hilarious..but it costs us 500php this time (less expensive). The journey up the hill was indeed painful for the guys, if you know what I mean. What awaits us was awesome. The view of the Taal volcano crater is beautiful and scary at the same time. You can see hot gas coming out from between rocks. Taal volcano is presently inactive but they say it might erupt again *gahh* we hang around at the top of the crater for quite some time before riding the horse down the hill. Again it was even more painful journey down the hill on the horse for the guys.

We went back to mainland and had our late lunch at Dencios since Shree was starving. Again another great view of sunset from the restaurant but too bad it's cloudy. Overall, it was fun fun fun and I would love to go there again *grin*

MuMMy & ToK WaN

Currently chatting with my darling mother and grandmother..stupid Windows Live,I can't call them, hence I have to wait while mummy typing away. Mummy and technology equals to disaster from my end *LOL* As much as I love her, she's just too slow when it comes to typing or any computer related stuff *grin*

It was a long day for me today. Kinda tiring too. Had to compile all the calibration scores from ANZ and SEA coaches for consolidation. Back to back calibration discussion tomorrow..oh noes..

Thought of watching movie or anime tonight but my eyes feel so heavy. I was browsing thru FHM 100 sexiest woman 2009 magazine (don't ask me why haha) and came across this 20 year old Filipino-Chinese kawaaii looking girl. Apparently she's a Cosplay Queen. Cool eyh..Her name is Alodia Gosiengfiao (wierd name yeah I know)..Oh crap..connection damn slow.. out~

Am one happy girl with bloated tummy now. Had awesome butter naan and chicken tandoori at New Bombay with Shree and Su Yong for dinner. Do you know it's friggin hard to find halal food here in Manila? Was excited when we saw the restaurant earlier *grin*. Instant noodles has been my main meals for the past week. So now you understand how just a butter naan can make me happy.

We walk from Glorietta to Landmark to Greenbelt. Watched Ugly Truth and again happy because they do not cut any scenes (unlike Malaysia)..I hope I can watch New Moon here next month. They don't have crappy subtitles too which is good.

I gotta do my work later and I'm feeling full and lazy. Not good not good. Another busy week next week with calibration and new "babies" to look after in Manila. I'm loving my room here yipeee...

I'm safely in Manila now in my oh-so comfortable room. Just sign up the Ascott internet package and blardy hell it's freaking expensive. I have to pay $50USD for 1 month *sigh* no other choice..

MS Support Enablement in Manila office went live today! woohoo...so far so good..there are slow pokes among them but it's too soon to tell *grin* ...of course their customer service is wayyyyy better than KL agents so that's something that I'm happy about..

I have to queue for cab every morning now *sigh* its a totally different experience for me but not a bad one..i miss my car..

I wish I can say I'm stressed with work now..but I'm not..not yet that is..I practically got no work (besides monitoring 5 newhires)..Work will pile up pretty soon...with agents in Manila and also T3 monitoring..guess I should enjoy this free time that I have now..

Of my Effin God!!....this is uber stupid. Heard about the cow head protest in Shah Alam..yeap..friggin idiots dragged a cow head and placed in outside state government office, in protest at the building of Hindu temple. What in the world is wrong with these people...sheeeeeshhh...imagine if non muslim people dragged and trampled on Quran, how would they feel? They should think about that first before dragging that poor cow's head around. Gosh, thats so insensitive and stupid.

It is really sad to read about what had happened. And the clip in UTube!..horrrroooorrr...gahh~ after 52 years of independence, they still have this kind of mentality. I know Muslim teaching does not encourage this kind of act or protest. They're friggin nuts..bunch of complete idiots!

I am a Malay and also a Muslim. And I am ashamed of what they have done. The Indians just wanna relocate the temple, that's all. Why make such a big fuss about it? These people really disgrace the Malay race. Hontou ni baka!

This is Malaysia laa....we're a multi racial country for god's sake. A multi racial society involves give and take! Know what? what goes around comes around.. don't be surprise if one day non muslims objecting to suraus being build elsewhere.

I came across a very interesting article. About communication and why is it important. It's crucial, not just in business or planning but also in relationship. You need communication in whatever you do, seriously. According to the article, communication is one of the most important drivers of successful relationship and I couldn't agree more. It works two ways you know. One person can't do it alone and work it. Communication consists of listening and talking.

Thing is, one can be a good listener but not a good talker and one can be the other way around. So how do you fix this? Honestly, I have not a single clue.......

It's fasting month now..happy fasting my dear friends. I skipped 1st and 2nd day..gomenasai..went to Taiping over the weekend for Alan's wedding on Saturday. Thanks Ben for driving us there in his new comfy CRV *grin* it was tiring, I slept the whole day on Sunday. I literally have to drag my self to work today..and I seem to just watch the clock slowly tick the minutes away...gahhh~

I have awesome news for Malaysian Twilighters. We gonna have New Moon release party!..here in KL..woohooo! proceed to Twilight Malaysia website for more info. Owh this is going to be one helluva night. I'm not sure whether I can join since I'll be in Manila *sigh* goodness can't wait can't wait..

Good news for Twilighters..they're now filming the 3rd movie Eclipse! yeay~ uber excited. It's so phenomenal that even Richard Reed's talking bout it *grin* I know I haven't been updating my blog with any Twi news..gomenasai..with work and holiday, I just couldnt find the time to log in *grin*..excuses excuses..anyhoo, there are few things to look forward to. First, filming of Eclipse movie. 2nd, New Moon coming out...very very soon..arghh..can't wait. But I have a feeling I gotta watch it in Manila..dang~ but hey, look on the bright side, they won't freaking censor the kissing scene..AND..I can watch it earlier coz the release date in Philippines is on November 20!! 6 days earlier than Malaysia..another yeay for me! 3rd, look forward to monthly visit to MPH coz they gonna release Twilight journals..soon..yippeee..it's quite nice, based on pictures in Twilight Malaysia website.

Am currently watching Soul Eater thanks to Kyon. It's a complete series..finally. Will definitely review it once I'm done *grin* which I don't know when..there's a lot of pending animes to watch now..ggaaahhh~ Kyon's been "feeding" me with all these animes till I don't have enough space in my external HDD *roll eyes* I need a new HDD..someone..anyone! get me 5 tera! hihihi...

It's been a while since i last updated my blog. Pretty busy with holidays and work. Work is getting hectic every mili seconds it's driving me nuts. But since I have a new QA, a new "successor" now, I have more time to lazy around at work *evil grin* He's been OKAY so far..of course a lot to improve but hey, I'll give him more time and see his progress..

I am spending less and less time in gym and more time sitting in restaurant happily eating away, which is not good. I feel so..unhealthy..hihi..sorry AJ, I'll try to find some time after work next week...I have series of meetings with Josh over MS Professional's Transaction Monitoring..*not interesting at all* LOL..hope we can set it all up before I start monitoring them...

I've never mention this before in my blog..but I'm going to Manila soon, for work that is. I'm excited but at the same time scared. I can't wait to start at new place. Will still do the same thing for Microsoft but far away from home *grin* wonder how can I cope. The only problem would be food. It's hard to find Halal food in Manila but I won't let that bother me much. Guess I should worry when I'm already there. Susu asked me today, if they offer me good package to stay on longer, would I be interested? Hmmm....tough eyh...but I told him I don't mind if the offer's good *grin* we shall wait and see...

RaiNFoReSt MuSiC FeSTiVaL 2009

Will be going off to Sarawak tomorrow for Rainforest Music Festival but I'm not feeling very well now..gahh~ not good..not good..with H1N1 pandemic going around nowadays, I hope there won't be any "unwanted" drama at the airport *fingers cross*

Anyhoo, the world music fest will be held at Sarawak Cultural Village, located at the foot of the beautiful and sacred Mount Santubong, about 30 to 45 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Kuching city. It's gonna be for 3 days (Friday 10th to Sunday 12th).. It's an event that brings together traditional cultural musicians from all over the world..but thats not all, there's gonna be DJs spinning after all the performances as well *wink*. Besides that, the festival also includes interactive workshops, ethno-musical lectures and jamming sessions. Too bad Haiikal couldn't join us for this trip..and I bet Azfar will perform some of his fire poi tricks there..*excited*

Tickets are slightly pricier compared to last 2 years but what the heck, I don't get to join it often..neh.. uber excited and can't wait. So please please body of mine, be strong..at least until after the airport health checkpoint that is *grin*

Poi, action or movement using balls..LOL..please don't get me wrong..it's actually a performance using ball-thingy with colorful LEDs or fire, attached to flexible material held in the hand. It's usually swung in circular motions around the body. I love watching poi dancers or players or whatever they call it. Makes you go uhhs and ahhs..I myself have been trying to pick up the trick but to no avail *grin* thanks to maestro Haiikal.. I am actually proud to say that he's one of the best poi player I've seen so far..including Azfar. He's so cool and graceful when he's on it. Not to mention sexy too *wink*

He first began this hobby of his with rolled up socks in pantyhose LOL.. but if you wish to see the dramatic effects, use the LEDs balls and switch off all the lights. Azfar is good at fire-poi. Harder and more dangerous than the glow poi but gives same awe effects to those watching. Both of them started out by learning few basic simple tricks and gradually add on the complex and harder tricks. My favourite would be flowers and butterflies. Beaches are the best place to do poi performances, with good music blasting in the background..aahhhhh...i miss Boracay..i miss Perhentian..i miss Koh Phangan~

Did interview session with Haiikal and here's what he has to say:

Fini: What interest you in poi?
Haiikal: I like to see people playing it. When I start learning poi, I find it very addictive. It's hard to stop and there's so may tricks to learn..and also, it's super cool. I prefer playing poi with trance music in background. The best part about this is you can move your body anywhere but you must know your steps.

Fini: Who's responsible for introducing you to poi?
Haiikal: My friend Azfar

Fini: When did you start learning how to learn poi?
Haiikal: At the age of 21. It's been 3 years now.

Fini: Where did you learn it?
Haiikal: At first from Azfar and Josh, and then I fell in love with poi even more when I went to Koh Phangan. When I came back to KL, I learned it from youtube. Of course, I started off with basics and more complicated tricks later on.

Fini: What's the first poi trick that you learned after basics and is it hard to learn?
Haiikal : My very first trick would be 3 beat. The more you play the more tricks and movements you can do. The tricks usually comes by itself but of course you learn a lot from watching other people playing it. Sometimes when I'm sitting down doing nothing, I can think of some steps or moves. I even use office tag to practice some movements in office. It looks easy but it's actually pretty hard. Requires lots of practice to perfect it.

Fini: What trick are you learning now?
Haiikal: I'm not sure the name *grin* but it's pretty complicated

Fini: What's your favorite trick?
Haiikal: I play it freestyle. I don't really have any particular favorite. The harder the trick the more excited I'll get.

Fini: What's your first poi made of?
Haiikal: Rolled up socks in woman pantyhose *grin*

Fini: Have you ever thought of going professional?
Haiikal: Nope
Fini: Why not?
Haiikal: Usually people use fire poi for professional performer and I prefer glow poi.

Fini: Whats the difference between fire and glow?
Haiikal: For me, fire poi is heavier compared to glow poi. And harder to do some wicked tricks. Also, you can bring glow poi and play it anywhere anytime.

Fini:Which would you prefer: glow poi or fire poi?
Haiikal: Glow poi
Fini: Why?
Haiikal: Because it's lighter and my movement won't be limited. Easier for me to do tricks and I don't have to be extra careful.

Fini: What advise would you give if I said I want to learn poi?
Haiikal: If you want to play poi, don't stand at one place, you have to move around and use the space that you have. For new starter, best if you have your own poi. Just use the pantyhose to practice and once you think you're good with few tricks, you can buy the glow poi online since it's a bit expensive.

I miss my iPod Touch - iTouch..it's with Eric and it's been ages *exaggerating*... He's suppose to jailbreak the damn thing but something's wrong somewhere..gah~ guess I just have to wait longer for Mr Jailbreaker to do his magic..problem is, I don't speak Apple *grin*

I havent talk about Twilight-New Moon stuff for quite some time eyh...hmmm..let see....

Apart from the fan made parodies scattered everywhere in the world wide web, there's nothing much to update about New Moon movie. Both RPattz and KStew are busy with their other movie now. And for all you Twilighters, there's a special edition magazine called The Sexy Stars of Twilight... with juicy stories and super hot pictures of casts..you won't want to miss it..but am not sure though whether we can get it here in Malaysia. Sux isn't it. And owh yeah, if you're a Barbie and Ken fan, you might wanna get your hands on latest Mattel product..Edward and Bella doll... LOL ..crazy? I can't think of any comment..

Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen

Just finished watching Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen at GSC MidValley with Haiikal and few Datacomians/ex-DC *grin* and I think it's not too bad..it's epic..Some say first movie was better..but I enjoyed watching both..You just gotta love the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons..However, there are few things that I would like to comment..

Firstly..I don't like how The Fallen and Jetfire looked in this movie..it's so..wrong..reminds me of creatures in Alien vs Predator..LOL..and towards the end of the movie..all the Decepticons looked the same and half of the time I couldn't tell which one is Megatron gah~..and Devastator's so called "balls"..oh my effin god..why oh why in the world would they do that..it might be funny but it's super wierdness..

I wish the fight between Optimus Prime and The Fallen is longer..after all, he is one of the original Primes..Also, more scenes of Ironhide, Sideswipe, Arcee even Soundwave would be great..barely saw most of the Autobots throughout the movie. I actually think Wheelie's super funny, especially when they met Jetfire..and how he's humping Mikaela's leg..geesh..and Owh, forgot to mention..Ravage was awesome..uber kewl..with how he moves and crept around..kkyyaaaa~

Whatever it is, don't expect a perfect representation of original Transformers...so do not say your childhood was destroyed by the movie..CGI and special effects were totally awesome...Megan Fox sure is hot and of course, who wouldn't like the Camaro..sexy as hell Bee..*wink* Optimus Prime definitely kicked arse..and the humor kept me entertained.

The movie had flaws but on the whole i liked it..it's funny, action packed and lots of intense CGI..made my jaw dropped countless times *0*

Zee aVi

Have you heard of Zee Avi? No? Go Youtube now and search for it. To be honest, I just heard about her from Irsyad. She's our very own local singer. Very talented with wonderful voice. Reminds me of Yuna sometimes. She began recording her songs on a webcam and posting them on UTube for her friends. As usual, it's the "in" thing now to promote oneself via the internet..but I must say that her songs are great. Her voice? heavenly *grin*

Finally!! I'm able to sign in to MSN and Hotmail..yokatta..I actually think the Windows Live Technical Support team did a great job replying to my emails..and they're fast too..let'just hope it won't happen again..urrghh..it annoys the hell out of me..

I've completed most of the animes that I took from Kelvin-kun..which is good. Finished watching Macross Frontier last night..and I practically fell in love with the songs..of course I prefer Ranka's song but Sheryl's not bad too..listened to the whole OST today thanks to Kyon-kun again *grin*

I wish like hell I'm away from everything..especially work......

TaLeS oF ThE aBySs

Tales of the Abyss was originally developed by Namco for Playstation 2. So it's anime adaptation from game. I enjoyed watching it. At first, I think the main character Luke von Fabre is blardy annoying however, his character developement is pretty impressive throughout the whole series. You may have trouble understanding few terms in this anime because they never really explain it but overall, it won't leave you totally clueless about the whole story and character's lives. And I love the romances *grin* between Luke and Tear and Asch and Natalia..

One of the main thing that I find really interesting about this anime is the characters development. Each character brings different level of enthusiasm and hate, even though it happens in a very short amount of time. And the animation...superb quality with pretty designs from characters to costume to scenery. I personally love the Grand Chokmah..it's breathtaking..it's one enjoyable anime with lotsa powerful magical action..

i LOVE Jun Matsumoto...like really really love him..of course..it's another obsession of mine..along with few other Jap bishonen... *drool*

You can see him in few famous Japanese series..however, I'm going to talk about Kimi Wa Petto today..it's a must see for all MatsuJun's fan.. you'll go kyaaaaaaa and drooling all over..trust me..

Kimi Wa Petto is actually a wierd but interesting love story. There's 10 episodes altogether. It's story about Iwaya Sumire (Koyuki), career oriented woman and educated, hated by many and too perfect for other's eyes and of course Goda Takeshi/Momo (MatsuJun), whom Iwaya found in a box in front of her house, hurt and sick. She took him in and let him stay as a pet, Momo. Iwaya can never show her true self to anyone else but that's not the case with Momo. Their life together as pet and master was very unique and sweet. Iwaya went through tough times at work and also love life but Matsujun was with her through and through...kyaaaa..of course, no one can stay like that forever withover falling in love with each other. Both of them realize that they need each other despite the huge gap in age. I so envy Koyuki for being able to kiss and hug him...and bath him..gah~~

Seriously, the relationship between Sumire and Momo is uber kawaii..must watch series..it's sad, heartwarming and of course there's cute humor too. Totally worth the time especially if you're MatsuJun's fan \(*o*)/

Twilight rocks this year's MTV Music Awards..woohoo..

They won 5 awards out of 7 nominations..kudos to everyone involved especially RPatzz and KStew who plays Edward and Bella respectively. They really scored big this time, not that I'm all surprise *grin*..so the popcorn throphies goes to....*drumroll*

• Best Fight > Cam and RPatzz
• Best Kiss > Of course, non other than our very own RPatzz and KStew hot steamy scene
• Best Female Performance > KStew
• Best Male Breakthrough > RPatzz
• Best Movie > should I say more? it's TWILIGHT....duh~

It's so cute when both Rob and Kristen got up the stage for Best Kiss awards, my heart went thump thump thump at the sight of their about-to-kiss scene..they did pretty darn good job there leaving everyone gobsmacked..it's hilarious to watch Rob's blushing (it's beyond sexy by the way)..

Anyways, the trailer was just enough to make it even harder to wait for November...*sigh*

Freedom..it's the state of being free..the absence of necessity..which one should enjoy without having any worries..it’s not just feelings..but also a way one can express themselves. Different people have different mode of freedom..As for me, outdoor rave event is a space for me to “play”, dance, let loose and be free..it’s my personal kind of therapy..

For ravers in Malaysia, big outdoor events are something that we’re looking forward to. As such, there have been many memorable outdoor rave events over the past few years that we can be proud of. However, this kind of event always has bad reviews from society. Sad isn’t it.
Last year 2-daysFreedom at Port Dickson was possibly the best rave ever for Malaysian scene (besides Tiesto’s Pit Party 2006), not just because Tiesto was around (that’s definitely not his first time in Malaysia) but because of the crowds, the ambience, the atmosphere of excitement, the party mood etc etc etc. Few things happened over the course of 2 days partying but the end result was satisfyingly enjoyable.

Bad comments were thrown to party goers and the organizers (which I think crap)..these people had culture-shock to see so many human being get together for one big “music festical” (well, mostly for those who dressed in skimpy outfits and too lost in their own world to even notice their surroundings if you know what I mean). Putting that aside, I don’t see why they must make a big fuss out of it. I mean, we had people all around the world not just Malaysian joining this kind of event. It’s Global Gathering..not Malaysian gathering. They said many people got drunk because beers were sold openly..I honestly think it’s unfair..not that it’s affecting me in any ways (since I don’t even drink)..but this country consists of few different races. Malays can’t drink, yes, religiously-speaking, but there’s Chinese, Indians, Eurasians, so on and so on who can ACTUALLY drink. And not forgetting those people all around the world. It’s unfair to them.

That said, this year’s Freedom sucks. Freedom-09 should change the name to Restriction-09. There were not many people, no booze, annoying looking cops everywhere and no more buzzing party atmosphere. I miss those days where outdoor rave events finished at 4AM unlike last weekend where they finished at 2AM. Freaking 2AM when some people just getting started. What happened to dancing from dusk to dawn? If it’s not because of Ferry Corsten, I wouldn’t even be there. Was rather disappointed. It’s a shame to let anyone see Malaysian rave scene to be so somber.

Haiikal said he would want to express his frustration, hence, below is the letter for last weekend’s incident:

Dear Freedom,

I am utterly disappointed over last week’s event. For the first time in my few years of raving, never before had I feel devastated and dissatisfied over turn of events. What were you thinking by ending the occasion at 2AM? It’s bad enough by not having any booze around. I read bad reviews prior to my trip but still I had high hopes. With world class DJ spinning (in this case Ferry Corsten), it’s such a sad sight with not many people around.

It’s a total waste of time driving down to Malacca and I truly regret it. I hope you will realize the outcome and properly review it for next event (If there’s any).

Of course, it's one of the most important scene where Bella ran across the water fountain to save Edward..looking at his hot bod makes my head spin *too much enthusiasm* ... and the kissing scene..super hotness..lucky Bella (KStew)..she gets to kiss him over and over again .. there's video all over youtube and fansite if you wanna watch and drool..

Seriously, it's getting so hot on the set of New Moon in Italy. I'm feelin it...feeelin it..

Kris Allen grabs the title!! wooooohoooooooo.....i freaking love season 8 finale..and to actually watch Kris's totally shocked face..priceless..Kris was indeed the dark horse but he deserves it..all of it..

I know Adam's fans wasn't thrilled with the outcome but honestly, in the end, there was really no loser..it's American Idol..anything can happen and it did *grin* ...Anyhoo, Adam may be over-theathrical **quote from Simon Cowell** but that guy can definitely sing and it ain't easy to find crazy-kick-ass-over-the-top voice like him for sure..fret not cause I foresee the beginning of Adam Lambert...*grin* ..at least he got to bring back FORD FUSION HYBRID..gah~

Kudos to Kris! ...even though I don't wish to listen to that mountains and hurricanes song again..i still adore you..

Just finished watching American Idol..good god..this is tough..really really tough...in my previous post, I said I'm rooting for Kris and Adam...and hoooray...they're the Top 2! the freaking Top 2 for American Idol season 8..why it's tough? because I freaking love them both and feels unfair if I want only one of them to win..*grin*

The acoustic rocker vs the glam rocker..exact opposite but equally good..terrific finale..2 gorgeous delicious sugar candy..they got the look, the style, the originality and most of all..the heavenly voice. Someone created new name for them....KRADAM...*LOL* am luvin it..

OH MY EFFIN GOD....Angels & Demons in cinema! yet another great story from Dan Brown..loved the book.. other famous books of his that I've read > The Da Vinci Code, Digital Fortress and Deception Point ..This prequel better be as good as the book cause I was quite dissappointed with Da Vinci Code!

I personally think Angels & Demons is a much better book than The Da Vinci Code in almost every way..some may find it ridiculous but I find it brilliant..

You gotta love that smart-ass-geek Robert Langdon...him with all those code interpretation of puzzles and unknown history..gah~~ and not to mention secret organization..owh wait...let me rephrase that..most powerful underground organization in history *LOL*... it's soooo twisted and making my brain do extra work while reading it.. *grin* but what fascinates me the most is the illuminati symbol ..which can be read upside down..B.R.I.L.L.I.A.N.T

I can't wait to watch this movie over the weekend baby..so puhlizz buy the ticket for me muchkin *smooches*

I love to read..it's a statement there..ahem ahem..I do...forgive me if all I talk about most of the time was Twilight related stuff but I still read other non-related-Twilight books too *grin*

One of my favorite author is Cecillia Ahern!! haven't heard of her? too bad because she's one hecka writer..apart from Jane Austen and Stephenie Meyer that is *wink*

Most famous novel of hers would be PS I Love You..cried buckets reading that one, heartwrenchingly sad story..and not forgetting Where Rainbows End..it's my personal favorite..Let me say this, Ahern's books are not like any typical chick-lit..she knows how to mix all feelings together for her readers.. and the characters..they're very in depth.. her stories just make me laugh and cry along with the characters o_o

Anyhoo, they did a movie of PS I Love You and it's a MUST watch! Though it's a wee bit different (expected) from the book, they did well with the movie. Bravo to the oh-so-sexy Gerard Butler and Hillary Swank but I think it'll be awesome if they cast Irish actors and actress instead..

By the way, Ahern's Irish, thats why all 5 books (that I've read) tells story in Irish settings which is nice and different..so here's my two cents on her books and just so you know, she has 6 books altogether (published) so far...

PS I Love You > Like I mentioned before, cried buckets reading this one. It's so touching yet heart-warming at the same time. So get ready tissues by your side when reading this book.
Where Rainbows End > I couldn't put this book down..seriously different than any other books because it's told in a very odd but interesting way..my favourite indeed. It took me through many emotions from few different people throughout their lifes. I highly recommend this book and owh..the friendship is just..heavenly..
If You Could See Me Now > How can i say this..hmmm..it's unique..fairytale kinda story..cute in way, with imaginary world of people
A Place Called Here > Not too bad. It was very confusing at first but gets better halfway through..
Thanks for the Memories > Characters are quirly and the coincidence is just awesome. I love Joyce's father. The relationship between them is very..emotive :) can't help but laughing out loud when reading it..very amusing..
The Gift > haven't read this yet..very soon I will get my hands on this *grin*

...So pick up any of her books...it's definitely read-worthy..

I gotta say this, earlier in the show, I want Danny Gokey to win but he's so boring now..same thing every week (I think Danny has sympathy vote for his late wife)..but now...I'm rooting for Kris and Adam Lambert!! I think Kris could win the competition but he may not get as many votes because he's married (which I think absolute crap)..*sigh* every song he sing is beautiful~~ and his lips are sooo cute and yummy..his wife is uber lucky..

FaFNeR iN tHe aZuRe

Fafner in the Azure: Dead Aggressor

The first 12 episodes annoyed the hell out of me..why do I still watch it? Cause I won't feel at ease if I don't complete it..I know I know..total wierdo..but hey, it gets better after that..not great better but OK larrrr...I tried hard to like it, I really did and I never gave up on it *LOL* sad storyline though..many character died along the way..owh, by the way, it's Mecha series..

Anyhoo, it's about some sort of golden-glowing aliens that keeps attacking mankind (not forgetting the annoying "Are you there?" stuff)..and the only defense the humans can use is a giant robot called Fafner (a poorly designed Gundams if I may say), piloted by teenagers who's never seen those things before (very common)..Kazuki, which is the main character besides Soushi and the rest of his classmates (potential Fafner pilots as well) fights those aliens called Festum to save their little island called Tatsumiya which can move around *roll eyes* but kinda cool *grin*

Then there's some interference from the worldwide goverment called New United Nations..but I don't fully understand what happened because it was never really explained! and they had this last battle with the Festums and of course we know who'll win in the end~~~~

I seriously think they should take more chances on the characters and plot...I would love to see how they develop..for example Kazuki and Soushi..even their relationship is confusing..gah~ almost homo dow..and I wish all the girls could stop drooling over Kazuki..there's other guys on that island too you know...the only character that i "like" is Soushi and Tsubaki (who makes more sense than anyone else)

My overall point of this anime is just A.V.E.R.A.G.E..sorry to Fafner fans out there..I won't recommend this anime to you people unless if you like annoying whiny characters and don't mind going through all 25 episodes..

PS: Kelvin-kun, you should know that you made a good decision for not continuing this anime after 2nd episode *grin*

Season 2 is definitely more confusing than Season 1..but hey, who doesn't love all those scoops and scandals in New York's Upper East Side..and their always dramatic love lives.. gah~ It's killing me with all the "switching partner" thingy..

I love my-oh-so-sexy Chuck and Blair..they're the best couple by far (excluding Rufus and Lily van der Woodsen coz I think they're such a cute couple)..anyhow, I just wish the two of them could be together and get it over with...and what's up with Dan and Serena? It's never ending for both of them..seriously, season 2 is sooo full of dramas..I don't know whether I can stand it anymore *grin*...season 3 is coming out soon enough..wonder how the story gonna be once all the main characters go off to different colleges..
